Are You Ready To Sample Some Of This Texas Cowboy Caviar?

I love salsa! My husband tells me that he thinks I have some sort of addiction to it. I often wondered if it was the salsa or the tortilla chips that I use to eat it with that I liked more. That was until I tried this Texas cowboy caviar from a recipe I found on Recipe Lion. Holy smokers was it amazing! It was by far the best salsa that I had ever had in my life. It was so good in fact, I could have skipped the tortilla chips all together and just eaten it plain with a spoon.

I made it for myself at home just to see if it was any good. I’m glad I did, because I ate that whole first bowl myself in just a couple of days. It holds pretty well in the fridge for about a week or so. It will start to get really liquidy though with all the vegetables hanging out so I wouldn’t keep it much longer. It never lasts that long at my house… three days tops.

After I realized how super duper tasty it was, I made it to take to a BBQ at my sister’s house. She has the same salsa addiction that I do. We just hung out in the kitchen and gobbled this up instead of taking it out to share… and we didn’t even feel bad about it!
