Gimme Some More Of Those S’More Cups!

My kids love s’mores. I’m sure they could eat hundreds of them at a time if I allowed them too. They are fun to make as well. Those beautiful summer evenings when you have a fire going. Ah! I love that campfire smell. One of my favorite smells, not so much a fan of it sticking to my clothes though! Anyone else with me on that one? Back to the s’more. So, you get the marshmallow and get to roast over the fire. Which is fun for the kids, heart attack for mom sometimes!

Kids love making these s’mores and getting all gooey from the marshmallows and chocolate. I do have to admit that I like them too. But I live in the North. We only get the chance to make s’more in the warmer months, which is not a whole lot of them. Usually we have to get all of our campfires and s’mores into a couple of months and then dream about them in the winter time.

Dream no more! These s’more cups are easy to make and are just as good! Minus the slight heart attack from the fire, which is a bonus. I love making this recipe. It makes quite a bit and they are super delicious. I never thought about making them in my muffin pan until I saw this recipe while looking for desserts. I gave the recipe a go and it was amazing! Like I said, these are not difficult to make.
