Your Slow Cooker Just Took Dessert To A Whole New Level

My cousin was having a baby, her first baby in fact, and everyone was getting very excited for the arrival. She didn’t want to have a baby shower because she thought it would be too much of an expense. I told her that was nonsense and we could do the whole thing really cheap, especially if we could get everyone to chip in. So, that’s just what I did. I took the reins and asked all of our family and a few of her close friends to help out with food.

The party would be at my house so she wouldn’t have to be worried about paying for a venue. The decorations were homemade so there wasn’t much of a cost there. She had a huge turnout and got lots of great things for her new baby on the way.

My Aunt Jan made the most delicious berry cobbler that I had ever tasted. It was done in a slow cooker just like this one from The Recipe Rebel. The rest of the food was amazing too, but this was by far my favorite dish that day!
