Spunky Chocolaty Wacky Cake At Your Service

Chocolate cakes are probably the most classic of cakes. In any occasion, you can find a version of a chocolate cake on the dessert table. Or if there’s no cake, there will be brownies and chocolate cookies. Gatherings without chocolates on it seemed a bit… bland, ordinary. As much as we don’t want to admit it, chocolates make everything seem brighter. So even if we see different versions of chocolate cakes on the table, we still try every single thing, don’t we?

In our family, each has a version of chocolate cake. My Aunt Lily has her own, my mom has hers, my Aunt Barbara has hers, etc. You should see our dessert table during reunions- there will be at least two chocolate cakes in there.

This one-bowl chocolate wacky cake is another version which my family came to love. It’s a simple chocolate cake that doesn’t require so much effort. You can enjoy this rich treat without slaving around all day in the kitchen.

You will be surprised by how this cake is fluffy and dense at the same time. It has that moist quality of fudge brownies and the fluffy quality of cakes. This is pretty much perfect in its own way.

The best thing about this- it tastes as good as any other special cakes. Please don’t let your family miss this. Let them try this marvelous wacky chocolate cake.

Quick Tip: Use the best cocoa powder. An easy way to tell the quality of a cocoa powder is by checking the fat content listed in the nutritional label. The higher the fat, the better the flavor. You want at least one gram of fat for each five-gram serving.
