White Cheddar Barbecue Chicken For Dinner? Yes, Please!

At home, if we can have more time for bonding with the kids, we would take every opportunity. My husband, for example, usually makes sure that he doesn’t have anything to do during the weekends. I do the same thing and my computer is always turned off during the weekends. We might be busy parents, but we always make sure we have time for our children. During the weekdays, even if I’m working, I make sure I am accessible to them; that I’m just right there beside them.

So whenever I can find easy recipes that will allow me to save time, I grab them. If cooking them means I get to keep five extra minutes with my family, then that’s more than fine. It’s all about our priorities in life, and my family is my number one.

This crispy baked white cheddar chicken is one of those easy recipes I am talking about. It only has three ingredients and very simple procedures. You don’t need complicated recipes to give your family good food.

Sacrificing flavors is not an option if you make this recipe; because this is a flavorful recipe. I assure you that you will never go wrong with this. It’s definitely a food that people of all ages will love.

Quick Tip: The BBQ sauce at the bottom of the baking dish is optional- it makes the bottom of the chicken a bit soggy. If you leave the extra sauce out, just serve with a bit of barbecue sauce for dipping.
