Taste The Comfort Of A Classic Dessert With These Blueberry Muffins!

I grew up eating blueberry muffins because my Mom always made them. I remember bringing one to school almost every week and being the envy of everyone. Mom’s blueberry muffins were the best. When I grew up, it was one of the first recipes I learned. I wanted to be able to bake muffins for myself instead of buying from the bakery or even asking my mother for them. It’s something that I have perfected during the years.

Well, “almost” perfected. I still couldn’t seem to manage the lightness and fluffiness of Mom’s blueberry muffins. Mine are still somewhat dense at times. But at least they taste delicious!

I once brought my blueberry muffins for a potluck with a few of my church mates. They finished the entire basket in a few minutes! They said they loved that they’re moist and soft, and oh so tasty!

I also brought these as a gift to a friend who has done me a favor. I delivered a box of these straight to her home and had a bit of catching up with her. She offered this to her daughter and her group of friends and they all seemed to like it!

It’s mostly a hit to my family. We love to snack on them whenever we are relaxing in the living room or at the back porch. These classic muffins are the perfect companions for a relaxing afternoon.

Quick Tip: Minimize mixing so you will not end up with some powdery flour dispersed in the crumb.
