Even Though It’s Not Yet Easter, This Italian Pie Can Be The Star Of Your Day!

I encountered a lot of other Easter pie recipes before, but I haven’t found the one that catered to the taste of my family. Well, that is until I found this version of Easter pie. It was an instant hit! I have a habit of wanting to make dishes “off season”. Like for example, Fall is the season for pumpkins, right? But I make pumpkin pies and breads even if it’s summer or spring or even winter.

For me, any type of food should be enjoyed no matter what the season is. This coming from a woman who loves her ice cream during winter. Well, ice cream is an all around dessert that couldn’t stay in one season, could it?

My husband was craving for an Easter pie a few nights ago. He first tasted it at a friend’s house last year and he was suddenly wanted to devour it. Since it’s not something that I am familiar with, I needed to ask the experts.

My Mom knew how to make it, of course, but she wasn’t accessible that time. She was on vacation and I didn’t want to pester her and Dad just because I couldn’t find any other source for my predicament. Then I called my sister-in-law, who didn’t know about it too!

Thank goodness Mr. Google was of great help. I found this homemade Easter pie recipe from Bewitching Kitchen. And for you to see how to make it, please head on over to the next page.
