Let This Tasty Chicken Chili Stew Warm Up Your Cold Nights!

What’s your favorite way to warm up your cold nights? In my family, the answer is always through food. We love food so we find comfort in every food cooked and served. Eating chili during the cold seasons is one of the perfect ways to warm our cold nights.

My husband is the chili master. He knows a lot of chili recipes because of his mother. Their family is always in love with strong-flavored dishes, which is why everything my husband knew how to cook has strong flavors.

He has long since learned to adjust his cooking based on our preferences. Most especially now that we have kids, he’s more adaptive to what they love.

We usually need to tone down the flavors so the kids can enjoy the same dish that we are enjoying. Most of the time, we don’t care whether the flavors are up to our standards as long as our kids love them.

During cold seasons though, I usually cook a simple soup and homemade bread for my kids while my husband makes chili for us.

Chili is still a bit too strong for them. However, chili is perfect for me and my husband. We usually eat a lot most especially during cold nights.
