I was truly blown away the first time I saw these potatoes on a friend’s table. We were having dinner at our neighbor’s house a few weeks ago and these duchess potatoes were one of the side dishes. I had to ask my friend how on earth she got them looking like that. She told me it was a very simple process that involved a frosting squeezy bottle thingy.
So, basically, all you do is make mashed potatoes, fill them into a cake decorator bag, and squeeze them into the swirls of beauty that you see here in this picture. Easy peasy! Oh, and they taste divine 🙂
