Even though we’ve passed the holiday season, I am always on the lookout for new and inspiring recipes to serve at my dinner parties. I always tend to serve the same traditional dishes, which I still plan to do from now on as well. However, adding something new to the table won’t hurt anything. I don’t want my spread to be so predictable, you know? Trying all these new dishes throughout the year will make it much easier for me to plan my dinners for next Thanksgiving and Christmas. Perhaps, you want to stick to the basics and serve the classics that you have since your mother was making them. If so, that’s okay! I think you will really like this cornbread salad and just may consider serving it to your guests, though.
When I first heard about this salad I didn’t think it would turn out good. it just sounded weird to me. I’m sure it probably sounds weird to you, too. Well, you need to give it a try because you will be insanely glad that you did!

I wonder how it would taste using jalapeno cornbread? Methinks even manly men who never touch salad would eat that.
