Do you want to make a big impression on your dinner guests? Make this simple, yet classy, banana pudding.
Banana pudding was a common dessert at home back when I was a child. Bananas were, still are, one of those types of fruits that don’t really go out of season. So when we were kids, we often have a surplus of bananas in the kitchen, which was why we often found ourselves eating desserts made from said fruit. Especially, banana pudding.
You wouldn’t hear any complaints from me and my brother though. A banana was also the type of fruit that you wouldn’t get tired of even if you kept eating it every day. There’s just something refreshing about its sweet taste that would make you continue eating it.
It was one of the few fruits my niece loved. She loved bananas so much that she would eat them even without anything. She would eat them as is, yes, even if they are not part of a dessert!
