My grandparents are in their 80’s but they still remain active and love doing things together. One thing that really brings them a lot of joy is making food as a team. You will quite often see grandma and grandpa working together in the kitchen while listening to their favorite oldies on the radio. The other day, I stopped by for a visit and I saw them mixing up a bowl of strawberry Snickers cheesecake salad. Yum!
Grandma said she had gotten the recipe from a friend at church who had gotten the recipe from “that there internet thing”. LOL! Apparently, the recipe was found on the Melady Cooks food blog.
