Nobody makes lasagna soup like my Italian mama!
So, the other day, I announced that the following evening would be lasagna day. Normally, I hear lots of cheers from the Peanut Gallery but not today. Nope. The kids and husband both said that they were super sick of eating lasagna. This threw me for a loop! What’s wrong with these people?! Sick of lasagna? Whatever. So, I decided to change things up a bit and make lasagna soup and boy oh boy, am I glad I did.
