When I came across this recipe for meatballs casserole I was totally blown away. You mean, I can get my meatball fix is just one dish of meaty, cheesy goodness? You bet your bottom dollar! This casserole reminds me of a meatball sub in a pan. It’s delectable and easy to make.
Whenever I make this casserole I always douse my serving with a hefty shake of parmesan cheese. My husband prefers the green can stuff but I personally enjoy fresh shreds. Yummo!
