The chicken parmesan casserole is delicious and very easy to make. You should not miss this in your menu. All you do is dump and bake! How simple is that? I know you are capable of doing that even if you aren’t so svelte in the kitchen. Your family and friends will think you slaved all day long over this delicious meal. Plus, it’s very filling and ever so tasty. Give it a shot tonight for your family dinner.
This dish is simply the best of both worlds. Its taste is beyond my expectation and it is one of my favorite dishes. I am really glad that they shared this recipe for everyone to learn. When I cooked this dish, I fell in love with it and I just want everyone to learn and try it with their families as well.
Ingredients
1 package Barilla whole wheat penne Barilla pasta
1 (24 ounce) jar pasta sauce
2 cups water
1 pound of chicken (cut into small pieces)
2 cups Kraft shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1 cup 4C bread crumbs
Kosher salt and Black pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Spray 9 x 13 baking dish with cooking spray.
Dump uncooked noodles, pasta sauce, water, chicken and 1/2 cup mozzarella in baking dish. Add salt and pepper. Mix ingredients together.
Cover dish with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes.
Uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes or until chicken is cooked all the way through.
Spread breadcrumbs, mozzarella cheese, and Parmesan cheese over pasta dish. Bake uncovered for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and breadcrumbs are golden brown.

Quick Tip: Make sure your foil is on tight so that it keeps the moisture in to cook the pasta.
