Strawberry Snickers cheesecake salad is pretty much the mecca of desserts.
Take a look at what my friend Audrey from the Melady Cooks food blog had to say about this magnificent recipe:
Well this was the day. I had run across an idea for a snickers cheesecake salad that had apples, and not being a huge apple fan I was going to use strawberries instead. I picked up a pint of shiny red strawberries, a bag of miniature Snickers candy bars, and had the rest of the ingredients for the salad in my kitchen.
I am so glad you decided to make this wonderful strawberry Snickers cheesecake salad, Audrey! It turned out perfectly.
Ingredients
1 small box Jello instant cheesecake pudding mix; dry
1 ½ cups whipped topping (Cool Whip or similar brands)
2 8 ounce containers of Yoplait strawberry yogurt (I use Yoplait Light)
1 pint strawberries; washed and sliced
10-12 miniature Snickers bars (or more or less to taste)
Instructions
Stir together pudding mix, whipped topping and yogurt in a large bowl.
Add candy bar pieces and strawberry slices and fold in.
Cover and refrigerate until served. Best served within 2-3 hours.
