I am convinced that Twinkie pie was put on this earth by the gods.
Never have I ever heard of twinkie pie before until I happened upon a recipe over on the Making Memories With Your Kids food blog. My daughter and I stared blankly at the computer screen in wonderment at the photo of Twinkie goodness before us. As a kid, I loved eating Twinkies so this pie recipe is a wonderful surprise of nostalgia, for me. And get this, the recipe is super easy to follow! Hip hip hooray!
My husband was a little unsure about this pie but once he tasted it I could tell he was a twinkie pie follower.
