This Unusual Method Will Give You a Yummy Dessert You Can’t Stop Eating

What’s strange about this recipe is that you’re not mixing the cake mix into anything – you just spread it over the pie filling and then add cubes of butter on top.

It may look weird but trust me, it’s going to give you the most perfect crust on top of the white chocolate. Of course, you could use milk chocolate chips instead, or add both! If you ask me, any kind of chocolate is perfect for this – and the more, the better! This recipe serves 12 so it’s perfect for your family gatherings.

Ingredients

1 cup white chocolate chips

1 package yellow cake mix

1 1⁄2 sticks of salted, sweet cream butter

2 jars of Baker Naturals Cherry Pie Filling

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

Spread pie filling in the bottom of an 8 x 12 baking pan. Once evenly spread, sprinkle white chocolate chips over cherry filling until spread evenly. Take cake mix and sprinkle on top of mixture until flat – use a fork to break up larger cake mix chunks if necessary. Slice butter into small chunks and place evenly on top of the yellow cake mix.

Bake for 50-60 minutes or until sides of the cobbler have become golden brown in color. Cool for 10 minutes and serve with whipped topping or vanilla ice cream.
