This cake is easier to make than it looks.
When I came across this cake recipe over on the Cate Can Cook blog I was nothing less than impressed. It looked like something straight out of a bakery. At first, I was a bit intimidated because it looked insanely difficult to make, but I was wrong about that! This cake is rather simple to put together and you don’t have to be a professional baker to do so.
My daughter helped me make this cake by putting the raspberries on top. I think she did a swell job 🙂
