Hot and steamy soup that gives you a major case of the feel-goods.
When the weather begins to turn colder I like to have an arsenal of delicious soups in my freezer. How do I prepare for this? By making a ton of soups on Soup Day during the fall. Soup Day is the weekend that I take to make soups for the freezer. When the weather gets cold I simply defrost a batch of soup and reheat that yumminess up on the stove.
I came across this fabulous recipe for Tuscan white bean soup on the amazing food blog, Cusine City. It’s an Italian recipe and I think you and your family will enjoy it as much as mine do.
