Party time at my house means I am going to stuff my guests with food from the moment they walk in the door.
I always like to have a few different appetizer choices so that nobody gets hungry while waiting for the main course. Usually, it’s the same ol’ cheese and crackers, cocktail shrimp, and chips and dip. When I was having my boss over to eat, I wanted to do something a little bit fancier. When scouring the internet for recipes, this deviled egg one popped up from Recipe Lion. I figured I’d give it a shot.
Not only were these eggs ridiculously easy to make, everyone loved them. I stuck to the original recipe so they disappeared pretty quickly. I can’t tell you how many people asked me if there were any eggs left. Since then I have made these and taken them to family holidays, school banquets, and various other potlucks.
They are great for every season and any occasion. People don’t even wonder what I’m bringing any more. They just wait by the door for me to walk through with the deviled eggs!

Quick Tip: Older eggs peel better after being hard-boiled.
