Add These Simple Ingredients To Your Oven Pan And You’ll Get Pork Chops To Die For

These pork chops truly do make everyone happy, even the picky eaters.

There was a time, not too long ago, when my youngest son wanted nothing to do with pork. I swear he could have recognized pork with his eyes closed, even if it was chopped into a thousand tiny pieces! But this is the recipe that finally changed his mind. He said it was the best dinner ever – and that’s a lot coming from him!

Ingredients

4 loin or shoulder pork chops

1 peeled garlic clove, chopped

Salt, pepper

4 potatoes, sliced

2 large onions, sliced

1 ½ cups Daisy sour cream

1 ½ tsps. salt

½ tsp. dry mustard

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350F.

Trim excess fat from chops, and roll them in flour. Brown chops and garlic in hot fat over medium heat. Season with salt and pepper.

Place potatoes in a 9×13″ baking pan. Top with browned pork chops. Separate onion slices into rings and place them over the pork chops. Combine all the remaining ingredients and pour into pan.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 60-90 minutes.
