Dainty And Sweet Tea Cake Cookies

Before we even get started, I’d like to make something clear. I am a coffee drinker.

I love the whole process of making coffee, the scent, choosing the cup, taking the first sip… But working from home, I sometimes find myself drinking so much coffee that my hands start to shake. And as much as I love coffee, I do not like that feeling! So, lately, I’ve been giving tea a chance, too – and I have to say I’ve found many favorite flavors already!

That being said, these super delicious tea cakes will pair just as wonderfully with a cup of coffee! But I recommend you give them a try with tea first. You might not go back to coffee again!

These lemon tea cakes are very easy to make. You could even add some walnuts if you like them, but these are delightful as they are. The recipe makes about three dozen – they’ll be gone before you know it!
