It’s spaghetti night and we couldn’t be happier about this recipe!
Do any of you have specific nights of the week that are designated for certain meals? I create a monthly meal plan and pretty much make the same stuff for a rotation of two months before changing it up. There are some meals, like spaghetti, that we will have once a month on a specific day. For example, spaghetti night is always the third Wednesday of the month. We changed things up a bit with this recipe.
I guess you could say that we still had spaghetti on our designated night but instead of eating it the traditional way I baked everything into a lovely casserole. This recipe is very easy to follow and the clean-up is a dream come true. There aren’t multiple bowls to wash and I LOVE that.
