If you love creamy pasta dishes, this one is for you. The chicken is seasoned perfectly and the pasta is loaded in creamy sauce. The combination of pink and white sauces is everything on this as well. So so good! I will definitely be making this yummy pasta and chicken again. My family gobbled this stuff up like nobody’s business!
You really can do so much with this pasta dish. You have so many options to change it up and make it your own!
4 to 6 boneless chicken breasts
¼ cup Land O’ Lakes butter, melted
½ cup dry white wine or chicken broth
½ cup Philadelphia onion & chive cream cheese, softened
10¾ oz. can Campbell’s cream of mushroom soup
1 oz. pkg. Italian salad dressing mix
1 lb. package Barilla Angel hair pasta
Place chicken in a slow cooker. Mix remaining ingredients except pasta and garnish; pour over chicken.
Cover and cook on low setting for 5 to 6 hours, use a meat thermometer to ensure chicken isn’t overcooked.
Cook pasta according to package directions; drain.
Spoon chicken mixture over hot pasta; sprinkle with chives.
