I am always looking for new and interesting breakfast foods to make. Cereal, eggs, and toast can get kinda boring after awhile. I happened to run into a really nice food blog called “Fork-Lore” and decided to check it out. Boy oh boy, am I ever glad that I did! This recipe for breakfast pudding is just what the doctor of food ordered. it’s simple and easy to make and the kiddos love it. My husband said it was pretty good, too.

The best part about this recipe is the addition of cream cheese. I love me some cream cheese, man! Serve this breakfast pudding up with some fresh fruit and you have a morning meal that trumps all others.
