I’ll tell you what it’s called: DUMP CAKE! Seriously, whoever invented this little gem needs a handshake. Dump cakes come together so well and they are super easy to make. I’m always needing desserts for school picnics, church potlucks, and other events. I love whipping up a blueberry pineapple dump cake for after church and serving it with ice cream or a dollop of whipped topping. talk about a yum fest!
My kids and husband are not big on fruit desserts. My middle son doesn’t like the texture of cooked fruits in the slightest, however, he said this dump cake wasn’t half bad. hey, I’ll take it 🙂
