Have you ever eaten something so delicious that you just wanted to break down and cry? Well, folks, that was how I felt about this amazing jalapeno popper dip. It was a real hit with my husband and his buddies. We often host football parties and other get-togethers during the fall and I’m always looking for delicious snacks and treats to make. This bit fit the bill, perfectly. I’ll definitely be making it again!
I love making dips like this for my husband’s football parties, too.
Ingredients
1 cup Duke’s mayonnaise
4 oz. can chopped green chilies, drained
2 oz. canned diced jalapeno peppers, drained
1 cup grated Kraft Parmesan cheese
Instructions
Heat oven to 375 degrees.
Stir together cream cheese and mayonnaise in a large bowl until smooth (I used the Kitchen Aid). Stir in green chilies and jalapeno peppers. Pour mixture into an oven-proof serving dish, and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
