Hot, bubbly, and creamy are all adjectives that describe this uh-mazing dip.
I can recall the first time I made jalapeno popper dip. I had made it in the slow cooker and it turned out rather tasty. However, the recipe on the next page is from my mom’s food blog and is made in the oven. I gotta tell ya, folks, I like this oven version better. The top gets a bit browned and very bubbly. It is so dang good! I made this dip for my husband’s football gathering last Sunday and it was a real hit with the guys.
I seriously think the next time I make this jalapeno popper dip it’s going to have to be a double batch because it went FAST. You have got to try this stuff.

Quick Tip: I used fresh jalapenos and they made this dip super HOT. To cut down on the heat use pickled peppers, instead.
