I absolutely love pizza. I could eat it every single day.
For a long time, I did, too! My mom would buy us those frozen, personal sized Red Baron pizzas and we would heat those up for a meal at any time of day. We ate them so much! If you do not believe me, let me just say, my dad ended up buying us a toaster oven to heat our pizzas because the electricity bill was so high from running our normal kitchen oven.
Hahaha. It was a little crazy, but we were just addicted to pizza. Nowadays, I do not eat so much pizza on a regular basis, but I still look forward to it whenever I get some.
Just yesterday we went to Anthony’s and had a meatball ricotta pizza. Mmm, so so good! Well, the other day I realized that game night was upon us and I needed to make something good to serve.
As I was perusing Pinterest, I found a recipe for pizza sliders and knew I had to get on that. How could I not? I made them as a trial run the other day, and me oh my, these were positively delicious and fed a crowd (although since it was a test run, I ate the majority myself…).
