Beat The Breakfast Hunger Rush With These Delicious Buttermilk Sammies

I don’t know how it happened, but for some reason, I had gotten myself into the habit of going through the drive-thru for a breakfast meal just about every day that I worked.

Some days I would feel guilty and skip it or grab a bowl of oatmeal at home, but that wasn’t very often. After a few months of the fast food, I noticed that I wasn’t doing so well. My clothes weren’t fitting right, I was feeling slugish, and my bank account wasn’t happy.

That’s when I realized that I had to make a change. I cut myself off completely from the drive-thru. I wasn’t even allowing a stop in for coffee… just too much temptation there and it wasn’t worth the risk.

Making breakfast at home wasn’t easy at first, but after a while I got the hang of it. Most of the time I went for the healthy stuff, but once in a while I would make up one of these hearty bacon breakfast sandwiches. Who knew it could be so easy?
