I am totally smitten by this yummy recipe. It’s easy to make and it slides right out of the loaf pan without sticking! Ok, so maybe I added a few extra coats of nonstick cooking spray haha! But listen, I’m so tired of my bread sticking to the pan and having half of the bottom stay stuck to the pan when I try to remove the bread. It’s maddening! Do any of you have any secrets as to what you do to prevent this from happening?
Anyway, you and your family are really going to love this Amish apple bread. I typically make two loaves at a time and give one away to my elderly neighbors. Enjoy!
