The Best Darn Homemade Crinkle-Cut French Fry Recipe On The Internet

I really don’t know what to say about these amazing crinkle cut French fries other than they are so good I had to make two batches of them in one day. seriously, folks, these fries are super simple to make, require just a handful of ingredients, and taste better than any fast food joint. You can’t even buy French fries like these in the store because there is just something about homemade goodness. Use lots of sea salt!

Ingredients

2 Russet Potatoes

1-2 tablespoons of Bertolli olive oil

1-2 teaspoons McCormick paprika

1-2 teaspoons of Morton salt

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400f. Peel potatoes and use your french fry crinkle cutter to cut the potatoes into fries.  ( If you don’t have a crinkle cutter, I suppose you can just cut them into normal fry shape.) . Soak in water for 5 minutes and pat dry with a paper towel.  Arrange fries on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil, salt and paprika.  Bake them at 400 f for 15-20 minutes- until they are crispy to your liking.
