Tuna noodle casserole was a staple meal in my house when I was growing up. I seriously think that the recipe became popular in the 80’s. Correct me if I’m wrong! It just seemed like my mom and all of my friend’s moms were making tuna noodle casserole at least once a week. My mom topped hers with crushed corn flakes. It was actually pretty good.
