My mom came to visit not too long ago, and I thought I would surprise her and cook for her for once. I decided to make something that would seem familiar to her, and I went with this beef stew recipe. She kept telling me how it was so much better than the one that she used to make. I think they are about the same, but food is always better when someone else is cooking I think. You’ll have to try it out for yourself and see what I’m talking about!
