A while back I had attended a Tastefully Simple party as my good friend Sally is a representative. It was a lot of fun and we got to try so many yummy dips, spreads, and breads. One of my favorite dips from the party was the vidalia onion dip. I loved it! The only part I didn’t like about the dipw as that my breath smelled like a dragon’s. Anyway, I got to thinking about how easy it would be to make a baked version of this dip so I did a little research and I found a delightful little recipe that only contains three ingredients!
Naturally, I ran out to get the stuff I needed to make this yummy baked onion dip. I picked up some pita crackers for dipping as those are my favorites. Do you realize how many different flavors there are of pita crackers? My goodness! I settled on a salmon flavored kind because it just sounded tasty. I also grabbed a box of Ritz for the kids because I know they would complain about the fish crackers haha. Making this baked onion dip wasn’t hard at all and it was a huge hit with my family. I hope you like it as much as we do 🙂
