I am a huge fan of baked dips that contain lots of cheese. This Vidalia cheese dip is a real winner at my house. I made it for my husband’s football party he had on Sunday and everyone loved it. I guess you could say that it was a real “touchdown.”
I always wondered why pre-shredded cheese never melted as well as cheese shredded directly off the block. Now I know! I wonder what those anti-caking agents are made from. Yikes!
Ingredients
2 cups KRAFT Mayo Real mayonnaise
1 pkg. (8 oz.) KRAFT Natural Italian* cheeseCrumbles
1 large Vidalia or Walla Walla onion, coarsely chopped (about 2 cups)
Instructions
PREHEAT oven to 375ºF. Mix all ingredients until well blended.
SPREAD into 8-inch square baking dish.
BAKE 30 min. or until golden brown. Cool slightly. Serve with TRISCUIT Crackers.

You mentioned cream cheese, shredded cheese and onion, Recipe states Mayo instead????
I made mine a bit differently as I’m not a huge fan of mayo. Sorry to confuse you 🙂
