I am all about the potato salad. it’s a must at every picnic, BBQ, or church potluck. I know you guys and gals are all about the potato salad, too because all of the creamy potato salad recipes I’ve posted seem to get the most traffic over other salads. I knew I liked you people 🙂
Anyway, this potato salad is a little different in that it is made with lemon juice and basil. It tastes so light, fresh, and crisp. I love it! And don’t worry, it still contains all of the creaminess that traditional potato salad does.
