I can’t believe how many years I went without really knowing what Hasselback potatoes were. I mean guys, these things are delicious. Have you ever had them before? And not only are these potatoes served Hasselback-style they are also scalloped. Yum!
I love topping these little beauties with sour cream and chives. Yummo! Honestly, I can’t stop saying different variations of the word “yum” when talking about these taters. They are really good and I hope you’ll make them sometime soon.
