I have always avoided making soft pretzels because the process always seemed daunting to me. It was like I needed to block off an entire day just to make some pretzels. No way, man! However, this recipe changed all of that for me. I’m telling you what, sir or madame, this recipe is awesome and anyone can master it.
There is a very precise method that goes along with making these pretzels but I’mt elling you, it isn’t hard. You’ll be so glad that you tried your hand at this recipe after your first bite of one of these delicious pretzels. I promie 🙂

Quick Tip: These days, I mix all of my bread doughs by hand, with a wooden spoon. I find it a fantastically easy process, and not very hard to stir by hand. No need to mix for several minutes, just a minute or so after it looks combined. To save even more dishes, I rinse out the bowl, oil it and use it for proofing the dough.
