When it comes to chips and dip I am a HUGE fan. I love all sorts of dips ranging from french Onion to cheese. Whether I’m eating potato chips and sour cream or tortilla chips and salsa you can bet that I have a smile on my face while doing it. This black-eyed pea dip is no exception.
You might think that it won’t taste very well because it’s technically healthy. Well, i hate to burst your negative little bubble sir or madame but this dip is scrumptious! I guess you’ll just have to make it and try it out for yourself 🙂

Quick Tip: If you have them available, you can use the canned black-eyed peas and jalapenos (they’re canned together.) If you do this, you can omit the extra jalapenos.
