I have always been a major fan of stuffed mushroom caps and I’ve made them in all sorts of different ways. When I came across this recipe for French Onion stuffed mushroom caps I kinda lost my mind a bit. I LOVE french Onion soup mix so just the thought of mixing it in with these mushrooms was making my mouth water.
I fully intend on making these stuffed mushrooms for the holidays to serve to friends and family but I had to do a test run first. You know, for science and stuff. They passed the test and my whole family gobbled them up like nobody’s business! I know yours will, too 🙂
