One of my family’s favorite sandwiches to eat for supper is the classic BLT. It’s toasty, filled with bacon, and contains a juicy tomato. Super yummy! My husband enjoys adding a slice of cheese to his and sometimes a fried egg. I thought to myself, “If we like this sandwich so much are there any other variations of the BLT?
Why, yes, yes there are! Such as this baked BLT dip! Such a bubbly mess of yummy goodness. I’m telling ya, it’s just like eating the sandwich but in dip form. We used tortilla chips to scoop up the hot, yummy goodness. However, my eccentric neighbor Sally insists on using crackers as she says they give the dip a more BLT feel.
