3. Orange Zucchini Bread
To be fair, I wasn’t looking for a different type of zucchini bread, but I do love it and when I saw this I was pretty excited. Orange flavor sounded unique and yummy. I’ve had lemon bread before on its own so I was thinking another citrus flavor would definitely work, and I was right! This bread was instantly addictive and really gave an orange flavor that was moist and more delicious than you can imagine.
Now my kids do eat zucchini bread, but not in an excited manner. When I told them this was orange bread and left off the tidbit that there was zucchini in there they were excited! They had several slices for breakfast and I sat there feeling proud of myself because they ate veggies without even knowing it. I am confident they still would have, but moms are allowed to have little secrets every now and then!

Quick Tip: Peel the zucchini so there aren’t any traces that there’s a veggie in there if you’re being sneaky!
