These cookies have everything a chocolate lover dreams of. Oreos, Hershey’s bars, Marshmallows and lots and lots of chocolate. It is a perfect holiday recipe to pair with hot chocolate but also delicious enough for an afternoon treat in the middle of summer served up with a cold glass of milk. Ingredients
¼ cup Domino sugar
1 cup Domino brown sugar
1 cup Land O’ Lakes butter, softened
2 eggs
1 teaspoon McCormick vanilla
4-ounce package Cookies ‘n Cream pudding mix, unprepared
½ cup unsweetened Hershey’s cocoa powder
1 teaspoon Arm & Hammer baking soda
⅛ teaspoon salt
2¼ cups Gold Medal flour
1 cup Jet Puffed mini marshmallows
1 Jumbo Hershey’s Cookies ‘n Cream candy bar, chopped
about 8-10 Oreos, coarsely crushed
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cream butter and sugars in a bowl. Add eggs and vanilla and mix again.
Mix together flour, baking soda, and salt. Add to butter mixture, along with cocoa powder and pudding mix. Stir well until fully combined.
Fold in marshmallows, chopped candy bar, and crushed Oreos.
Chill in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes.
Scoop rounded tablespoons of dough and shape into balls. Place on a heavily greased cookie sheet 2 inches apart.
Bake for 8-11 minutes.
