A Delicious Casserole That Is Cheap To Make But Delicious All The Same

When I was in college, it was often hard to find recipes to make that were simple to put together and will super flavorful.  Also, the recipe needed to be inexpensive so that my budget could afford it!  That is, until I discovered a recipe that kept me full, had a lot of flavor, and could be adjusted to fit the tastes I wanted to have that day.

This recipe is perfect to change up.  Add sour cream or salsa, shredded cheese.  Throw on some sliced olives or anything else you like.

Or, serve it as shown in the recipe.  Either way, it’s absolutely delicious and perfect to serve your family.  This is a home cooked, inexpensive meal that will keep your family full and happy!
