Sometimes you just need easy, especially if you don’t happen to be a morning person. This Cajun breakfast casserole gives you a sigh of relief by doing the work for you. All you need to do is dump the ingredients in the slow cooker the night before, set it to low, and by the time morning arrives you are left with just making the coffee! I can’t even begin to tell you how much easier it has been for me, not having to think about how to manage making breakfast in a hurry!
Now that’s what I call the good life! This dish is perfect for when you have company, so you can ACTUALLY enjoy your company instead of doing the work of a short order chef. I don’t know about you, but I know what I’m making for Sunday breakfast – and any other day of the week, for that matter!
