Well an Apple a Day Does Keep the Doctor Away, Right?!

Fall is a great time for us who really like apples, but there’s one thing I have noticed. Apples should be in cupcakes more often! People make different kinds of apple pies but it’s not very often that I run into an apple cupcake recipe. These apple pie cupcakes combine America’s classic dessert – apple pie – with the perfect single serving size cupcake for a super tasty and easy treat!

 

 

Using a can of refrigerated cinnamon rolls and apple pie filling, this comes together with ease. Serve with a drizzle of caramel topping and whipped cream for that scrumptious look we all strive for! This recipe bakes for a quick 8 to 12 minutes, making it perfect for when you’re in a pinch.
