A 30-Minute Meal for Those With a Mexican Food Love Affair

No time? No excuse! All you need is 30 minutes and a skillet to whip up a delicious Mexican rice casserole your family will devour. This is one of those meals that immediately go to your Top 5 – and you just don’t get tired of it, no matter how often you make it!

It has been a huge hit at our house and I guarantee you’ll see the same thing happen at yours. Make a pound of ground beef serve 6 with the help of jasmine rice, Colby jack cheese, fire roasted tomatoes and black beans.
