Ditch Those Knives – You Won’t Need Them With These Fall-Apart Ribs!

If there is one thing you need to try in your slow cooker, it’s a good short rib recipe. The meat just falls right off the bone, so you don’t need those knives! These days it’s hard to understand how I ever got along without my slow cooker. It brings all the flavors to the fullest, and I don’t think I could ever go back to making ribs “the old-fashioned way”!

The sauce is super flavorful with the combination of Worcestershire, catsup, brown sugar, and red wine vinegar. It even gets a little kick with the chili powder and garlic. (If you like yours really hot, you can add some red pepper flakes!) Serve these up with a side of mashed potatoes and vegetables for an all-around yummy dinner your whole family will devour!
